What is WUUM?
Here's the short version
WUUM is a brand that neither has nor wants filters

Okay, okay, here it goes:
We could tell you that WUUM was born from the dream of 5 humble friends who, in 1992, entered the University of California on scholarships and ended up designing smartphones, tablets, and spacecraft for NASA. But no, that's not it.
WUUM was born in 2024 and isn't anyone's initials, nor does it hide a behind-the-scenes inspiring story worthy of appearing on Netflix.
WUUM is WUUM because one morning, someone reverted to being 7 years old. And did something we no longer do.
They put aside their phone, computer, and tablet to pick up some paper and paints. They played, experimented, mused and realized that the letter W was like an M upside down. And that inserting a U followed by another U formed a word that could be written without lifting the pencil, creating endless waves. (Try it, it's relaxing!).
WUUM exists because that person and their colleagues realized, after 30 years in the tech sector, that there is a lot of narcissism around it. Of brands that exaggerate everything and of humans who give it undue importance. And they decided that something had to be done.
WUUM is here because some brand had to tell you: you don't need the approval of others, nor a brand to define you, nor the latest generation chip, nor more gigabytes, nor more inches, nor more pixels on your phone or tablet.
You need the things that happen and come through them: the messages from your friends, calls from your family, the photos you take, the tickets to festivals, the good news…
So, if you've made it this far, you'll realize that WUUM is simple, honest, a bit rebellious, and very, very direct.
A brand that neither has nor wants filters. And that will make you also shed yours.
